XcellentYou is a women’s coaching and personal development platform designed to support emotional growth, identity, purpose and holistic wellbeing.
It provides a structured, empowering space for women who are not seeking counselling, but who desire personal development, reflection, growth and ongoing support in a values-based environment.
XcellentYou is suitable for women at various life stages, including students, professionals, mothers, entrepreneurs and women navigating transitions.
XcellentYou and Counselling — Understanding the Difference
XcellentYou provides coaching, education and personal development programs. It does not offer counselling, psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Counselling and therapeutic services are provided separately through Women’s Centre of Excellence, following professional, ethical and safeguarding standards.
Where a woman requires counselling or therapeutic support, appropriate pathways and referrals are discussed.
