Before founding Women's Centre of Excellence, I spent over twenty years leading large-scale transformation programmes across engineering, infrastructure, technology and the public sector.

Throughout my career, I worked in environments where high performance was expected every day.

Deadlines.

Complexity.

Responsibility.

Constant change.

I learned that success isn't just about working harder.

It's about building the right systems, protecting your wellbeing and creating sustainable ways of living and leading.

Those experiences became the inspiration for developing the SUSTAIN™ Framework™, my signature methodology for helping women create sustainable success.
